WARRANTY AGREEMENT

Manufacturer: BeePolis (LV2114, Olaine, Latvia)

Applicability: European Union (EU) Territory

1. General Provisions and Warranty Period

The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services provided by BeePolis. Any deviations from these terms require express written confirmation from the manufacturer.

1.1. Structural Warranty In addition to statutory warranty obligations, the manufacturer provides a 10-year warranty on the overall structure and a 20-year warranty on the components of the metal base frame.

1.2. Scope of Metal Frame Warranty The 20-year warranty specifically covers perforation corrosion (rusting through) of sheet metal parts, as well as components that are demonstrably unfit for use due to design defects or substandard workmanship.

1.3. Commencement The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. This must be verified by a proof of purchase (invoice, delivery note, or courier protocol). The supply of spare parts does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

2. Mandatory Conditions for Warranty Validity

The validity of this warranty is strictly contingent upon the following:

1. Professional Operation: The system must be operated in strict accordance with the provided technical instructions.

2. Intended Use: The product must be used exclusively for its intended purpose—professional beekeeping.

3. Ownership: The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. It becomes void if the pavilion is dismantled, resold, or transferred to a third party.

4. Maintenance Obligations: The purchaser must maintain the pavilion at their own expense, including:

o Exterior painting and sealing of joints at least once every 5 years.

o Immediate repair of any scratches or damage to the paint finish.

o Regular lubrication of mechanical parts (locks, hinges, rollers).

o Winter Maintenance: The roof must be kept clear of snow and ice accumulation at all times.

3. Scope of Services and Liability

3.1. Remediation Parts found to be defective due to manufacturing or design flaws will be repaired or replaced with new parts at the manufacturer’s sole discretion.

3.2. Costs and Ownership

· The manufacturer does not cover costs related to disassembly, installation, or transportation of parts.

· Replaced parts shall, at the manufacturer's option, either become the property of the manufacturer or be disposed of by the client at the client's expense.

3.3. Limitation of Liability The manufacturer accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of livestock, honey yield, or business interruption).

4. Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty shall not apply to defects arising from:

· Transport Damage: Liability rests with the carrier; immediate notification of damage is required upon delivery.

· Environmental & External Factors: Damage caused by hail, extreme wind, heavy snow loads, or force majeure.

· Aggressive Environments: Exposure to abrasive cleaning agents, road salt, fertilizers, or air with high salt/sand content.

· Installation Errors: Improper site selection or errors in the preparation of the foundation/ground.

· Wear and Tear: Natural wear of consumables (door rollers, hinges, locks, etc.) and natural fading or changes in color pigments over time.

· Specific Components: Rubber and plastic parts are covered exclusively by the statutory 24-month warranty period.

5. Legal Terms and Place of Fulfillment

5.1. Place of Fulfillment The place of fulfillment for all obligations arising from this warranty is:

LV-2114, Olaine, BeePolis, Latvia.

5.2. Exclusion of Other Rights The purchaser may not assert any rights beyond those stated in this document. Specifically, the right to set-off (counterclaim) or the withholding of payments due to pending warranty claims is expressly excluded.

5.3. Warranty Passport Detailed technical procedures and compensation terms are specified in the "Warranty Passport" of our suppliers, which can be provided via email upon request.
